Changing your contact info on BBSAOnline.com and other FAQ's
With the Spring season just getting underway, there have been a number of questions about how to log into your personal account on our site. More specifically, there have been a number of frequently asked questions....
"How do I change my email address in the BBSAOnline.com Web site?"
"My phone number is wrong on the Web site, how do I change it?"
"I'm not receiving practice/game notifications. How do I fix this?"
"I'm receiving practice/game notifications for another team than my child is rostered. How do I fix this?"
The answer to all the above frequently asked questions is that your contact information is incorrect in the BBSA system, and you need to update your or your family's contact information.
First, it's important to understand that as a member of our BBSAOnline.com site, you have full control to change any/all of your and your families contact information without the need to contact anyone. To change your personal contact information, as well as, to set up and control your notifications, follow these simple steps
Select the "Edit My Account" menu choice in the lower left menu on BBSAOnline.com
For existing users, enter your email address and password and you'll be logged into the BBSAOnline.com site. (Skip to Step #4)
If you have forgotten your password or if this is your first visit, enter you email address only and click 'Submit'. Your password will be emailed to that address.
Once you've logged in to our BBSAOnline.com site, you can now set or change your preferences such as text messaging, e-mail, notification settings for games reminders, pubic/private/roster viewing of your info (please use Roster if not a coach), etc. This screen also links to all members of your family as well. You can change their information as well.

Please note, while at this screen, you can also update your contact information so BBSA always has the most up-to-date info. If you want multiple emails on your account, please put a semicolon ";" after the first email and then enter the second email.
